DIOR LADY ART #9
"Symbol and legend at the same time, the Lady Dior represents the quintessence of Dior style, a fusion of elegance and audacity in constant innovation. Its refined sculptural design, sublimated by the iconic Cannage motif, blends the timeless symbols of the Maison with the marvellous richness of its craftsmanship. An iconic object of desire with an extraordinary destiny that continues to be shaped by concepts and events that never cease to transcend the boundaries of innovation and creativity. Since 2016, with the Dior Lady Art project, the Maison has given international artists carte blanche in revisiting this extraordinary bag, which for the occasion is transformed into an enchanting canvas on which to express their vision, their universe, their individuality."
For Dior Lady Art #9, I created four embroidery designs and prototypes. I was inspired by the artworks of Danielle McKinney, Hung Yuxing, and Faith Ringgold to design a range of embroidery styles. Each design was tailored to reflect the distinct tastes of the artists while adding a sophisticated yet creative touch to each bag.

GUCCI
Collection of some of the work I did for GUCCI, when I worked in the Style Office in Rome, specifically in the Embroidery Office, under the direction of Alessandro Michele.

EMMA STEVENSON STUDIO
A project created in collaboration with Emma Stevenson Studio, a design studio based in London. For this project, I hand-embroidered six botanical designs on luxurious silk velvet to adorn the padded cushions of the antique Jewellery Box

MTO AND PERSONAL PROJECTS
Custom projects tailored to the clients' needs, mainly created using the Thread Painting technique—an embroidery method that involves realistic shading of subjects, almost as if they were painted
